Mission: Recognition
The Hayner Public Library District would like to invite our community to participate in their new youth recognition program, Mission Recognition. This program will recognize the youth of our area for outstanding service to an individual, organization or the community.
Nomination forms will be available online at haynerlibrary.org or you may pick one up at any of our three library locations. All recipients of the award will be given a certificate, gift card and medallion to honor them for their outstanding achievement.
The library will distribute these awards on a monthly basis to individuals in the following age groups: 0-10, 11-13, and 14-18 years of age. To nominate an individual click on the link below and fill out the online nomination form. Paper forms may be dropped off at any of our three locations.

About the Program
Victor Pacini is a motivational speaker from the Chicagoland area who has helped the Hayner Public Library District spread the word about the Mission: Recognition program by performing multiple assemblies at schools in the area.
What is Victor’s Mission?
Victor’s mission is to inspire and encourage people to believe in themselves and never give up no matter what!
Victor Pacini’s love for performing began over twenty years ago. He has taken his passion for singing to a new and exciting level by designing motivational programs for children and adults. These programs, based on his personal life experiences, teach and inspire people to follow their dreams and never give up despite any obstacle they may confront. By incorporating the skills that he mastered while earning a degree in graphic design, he has created multi-dimensional programs that present thought provoking concepts and lessons through original songs and captivating graphics and images.
Victor’s unique approach brings messages to children at their own level. For example, it is not uncommon to see him sitting on the floor singing and connecting with the audience. His mission is to inspire and help people reach their true potential and to help them realize the importance of respecting themselves and others. By accomplishing this goal, he will make this world a better place one child at a time.
