Tech Help Appointments

Need one-on-one help with technology? Book an appointment with our Reference Librarian by completing the form below!

These appointments cover basic questions about:

• eBooks, eAudiobooks, and eReaders
• Using library databases and online learning resources
• Using apps
• Computer skills or programs (Microsoft Office, using the internet, email, etc.)
• Mobile devices (tablet, cell phone, laptop, etc.)
• Basic software troubleshooting

Each appointment is booked for 30 minutes. To make the most of your time, the appointment may be limited to one issue and/or one device, depending on the nature of your request.

Please be aware that there are some topics we cannot help with, including but not limited to: 

• Fixing or repairing broken/damaged devices
• Recovering accounts or unlocking devices
• Entering sensitive information (credit card info, online banking, etc.)
