Fiddlin’ Banjo Billy Mathews and The Old Time Players have played early American music together for over fifteen years. Billy Mathews has been fiddling and collecting tunes for over fifty years. They sometimes stumble over old and rare, often unheard tunes in their travels. They have developed a passion for these relics. Their unique group is dedicated to playing a wide variety of traditional music, old-time fiddle and dance tunes, rags, waltzes, schottisches, and music that would be heard during the great Western expansion.
