What is a Memory Café? Memory Cafés are a comfortable and welcoming place for those experiencing Alzheimer’s Disease or any other form of dementia, along with their loved ones, to connect, socialize, and build new support networks.

This Memory Café will be a Valentine-themed gathering, where patrons are welcome to come and go as they please.  A spokesperson from San Gabriel Memory Care will be present to supply information and answer questions, and we will provide various holiday-themed items and activities to bring people together and foster reminiscing.

Registration is not required. Refreshments will be provided.
