For fifty-three years, the Alton Area Landmarks Association has invited the public to view some of the most historically and architecturally significant homes and buildings in Alton at their annual Historic Building Tour. This year, Hayner Library is hosting the AALA as they present highlights from the 2025 building tour from the comfort of the Genealogy & Local History Library.
